WHAT IS YEAR 9 HISTORY ABOUT – Outline
In School – During year 9 we will build on Year 8 learning. In Year 8 we learnt to judge which source evidence was the most useful for certain purposes.
In Year 9 we will also examine the purpose and reliability of various sources.
Our Areas of Development remain the same. You will be asked to develop your KNOWLEDGE, your ability to form an OPINION and your INVESTIGATIVE and COMMUNICATIVE skills will also be enhanced.
